Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.
Pkvoo LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
We ship all orders via through different carriers. Shipping and delivery times are calculated by the carrier and based on the delivery location of the item.
We are happy to offer select international shipping, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund for any shipping costs.
Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
